Jeffrey brings 20 years of building and plumbing experience to the table. He built his first house in 2001— a Japanese-inspired bungalow in Oakland. Jeffrey is a licensed contractor and a licensed plumber. He was the lead contractor at Wilmoor View and will continue to manage all service calls and future enhancements.

I studied business and have been in the Finance industry for 25 years. My focus is in Marketing and I have managed large multi-channel marketing campaigns with budgets up to $20MM annually. I was on point for Wildmoor View budgeting and interior design. I am the full-time property manager and your primary contact in creating a personalized Sea Ranch experience.

Jeffrey and I are partners in life and in business. We embarked upon our first project a couple months after met—- we developed 700 square feet of raw space into a 1 Bedroom apartment. Our second project was similar in that we tore an old bedroom and vintage bathroom down to the studs and build a Junior 1 Bedroom and 1 bath apartment. Third was converting a double garage into a modern studio. And our fourth project was building Wildmoor View, our beach house in the Sea Ranch community on the coast. We purchased the land and initial house plans from the architect Jerry Winges, graduate of Harvard and Cal Berkeley.

We are avid travelers and advanced scuba divers. I am studying landscaping and love to garden, study and implement AI marketing techniques, meditate and be a mom to my two teens. Jeffrey is a dad to a son embarking on a college adventure and has no free time whatsoever. We share a deep appreciation of Sea Ranch and we will eventually retire at Wildmoor View.
